When you place an order we collect the details needed to complete it: your name, email address, phone number, shipping address, the items you ordered, and the order total and date.

Payments are processed by Stripe. Your card details go directly to Stripe and are never stored on our website. We never see your full card number.

If you contact us by email, we keep your message and the email address you write from.

We use your details to fulfill your order, send transactional emails about it (order confirmation and shipping updates), and respond to your questions. We do not sell your information, and we do not send marketing emails.

We share only what is needed to run the store: Stripe processes your payment, and shipping carriers receive the name and address needed to deliver your package. We may disclose information if the law requires it.

Order activity shown on our store pages displays only a customer's first name and state — never last names, email addresses, phone numbers or street addresses.

We use only the cookies and browser storage needed to keep you signed in and to run the store. We do not run advertising cookies.

You can ask us to access, correct or delete the information we hold about you by emailing help@myguttea.com. We keep order records as long as needed for tax, warranty and dispute purposes.
