Refund Policy

If you are not happy with your Slimtea order, tell us within 30 days of delivery and we will refund your order. You do not need to send the boxes back.

Email help@myguttea.com with the email address or name on the order and a short note about what went wrong. We will confirm your refund by email.

Approved refunds go back to the original payment method, usually within 10 business days of confirmation. Your bank may take a few extra days to show the credit. Shipping charges already paid are refunded along with the order.

We may decline refunds requested well outside the 30-day window, or requests we cannot match to a real order. Abuse of the guarantee (repeated refunds of the same offer) may be declined.
